Crescent gets requests and queries like these
several times a week and regretfully can't respond to them individually.
But though she doesn't critique manuscripts or act as a publisher or
agent, she does of course want to help and encourage fellow writers and
would-be writers. |

She does this in two ways: |

where the emphasis is primarily on writing and the creative process, not
publishing, and; |

through a document she finally created which
explains everything . . . everything . . . she knows about
publishing, finding an agent, the form in which manuscripts should be
submitted, copyright, etc. She answers virtually every questions she has
ever been asked about the business side of writing professionally, as
well as some she hasn't been asked but thinks new writers ought to be
asking. This document has the opposite emphasis of Fearless Writing.
It's almost all about publication, with almost no material on writing and
creativity. |
